Great deal 15000 dollar at a secure interest rate of 4.2 percent

Thursday, October 23rd, 2008

It makes no difference if you live in Dekalb Illinois or in Lauderhill Florida a dependable online investigation will prohibit you often lots of incommode. At present you can check over rates of interest quickly online and stick out if there are other sneaky conditions you should know about.

Examine to see if the merchant bank who is willing to give you a loan is honest. 11.6 percent rate may look so clean but will it stay invariant after you have to repay your loan. Be overbold today to analyze if you have a super bargain or if you don’t with the bank that offers you a money loan. A moneylender in Eau Claire Wisconsin or so may have a total completely different actual loan rate for a 12500 dollar deferred payment then a merchant bank in El Cajon California and that makes a huge clear difference in your monthly pay offs. Lots of of the moneylenders wil show you a rate of interest that looks upright but feels gravely or so after some time. That’s the reason why now you really need to check and come across if you can have a credit loan at a fine percent interest rate.

Hair Loss for Guys Can Be Heartbreaking

Tuesday, October 21st, 2008

Baldness in males affects approximately eight million in the UK, the most common sort of hair loss is male pattern baldness. The hair loss will probably start as very young as eighteen and cause emotional distress.

Male pattern baldness is typically hereditary and could target males as well as ladies. The loss of hair seems due to the hair follicles on the head shrinking and the hair strands falling out and not returning. Going bald typically follows a pattern around the hair line and also at the crown of your scalp.

Baldness is not a deadly disease and does not affect your health, although your emotional health might become affected through lack of confidence. Read the Advanced Hair Story from Carl Howell at Advanced Hair Studio.

There are 3 excellent main treatments for loss of hair, Minoxidil, Finasteride and Strand by Strand from Advanced Hair Studio, also known as AHS. The first prime hair loss treatment is a topical lotion that is applied on the head and can be acquired from online chemists. It works by reducing the speed of baldness, simply astonishing. The second treatment Finasteride works by minimising the chain reaction of the hair loss hormone. The incredible Strand by Strand method from Advanced Hair Studio, aka AHS, uses the most current loss of hair technology and involves new hair growing on the scalp strand by strand over time. With both the Minoxidil and Finasteride treatment methods they need to be regularly used for the effects to continue working.

Authenticity of Eskimo Inuit Art & Native Indian Art

Monday, October 20th, 2008

Both Inuit Eskimo art and Native American art have gained international recognition as valuable art forms over the past few decades. However, the rising popularity of both Inuit Eskimo art and Native American art has resulted in the increased proliferation of imitations and mass-produced reproductions of original Native arts. Some obvious fakes are made in Asia from molds where the finished pieces are forms of plastic, resin or ceramic.

Other fakes are actually made of cast stone simulating actual Inuit Eskimo art carvings and wood for imitation Native American carvings. These fakes, which are harder to distinguish from authentic artwork, are often hand carved reproductions of an original piece of artwork. Workshops have illegally reproduced hundreds of copies without the artisan’s permission. The counterfeiting companies would then attach some type of tag that claims the fake pieces were influenced by aboriginal artisans and even background information on the Native designs used in the artwork. Some even go as far as adding in Inuit syllabics on the bottom of the fake Inuit Eskimo art carvings.

These are very deceptive tactics on their part since they give the consumers the impression that the imitations are authentic and income producing for the aboriginal communities.

Fakes and imitations have lowered the image of authentic Inuit Eskimo art and Native American art. Sales of genuine aboriginal artwork have declined which in turn have deprived aboriginal artisans of income. The argument against these claims is that not every consumer can afford to buy authentic Inuit Eskimo art or Native American art so the souvenir level reproductions legitimately meet this part of the market. The imitations, which are usually low priced, enable students visiting Canada for example, to bring home a Canadian souvenir without breaking their travel budget. This claim would have more support from Native communities if aboriginal artisans were paid a fair royalty as income for each imitation and reproduction piece sold. However, this is seldom the case since most of the time, no royalties are paid at all.

The obvious fakes can be spotted quite easily. An imitation of an Inuit Eskimo art carving spotted at a gift shop was not made of stone as it was not cold to the touch. It was very light in weight unlike a stone which has some mass to it. The detail and the bottom of the piece had the molded look to it. There was even a sticker on the bottom with the company name Wolf Originals. Side by side comparisons of similar pieces in the souvenir store revealed that they were all identical in every detail, which is impossible for original artwork.

A black totem pole had a very flat uniform back and bottom again giving away the fact that it came from a mold. Other totem poles made from wood or mixed wood with a claim that they were hand painted were among many similar pieces in the store. All of these examples were each priced less than $20 Canadian which was another indicator that they were not original artwork.

Imitations of Inuit Eskimo art sculptures were recently spotted for sale in shops located at major Canadian airports. From a distance, these Inuit Eskimo art sculptures of hunters, polar bears and Inuit women with children looked very authentic. However, each piece had several identical copies on the same shelf.

To avoid accidentally buying a fake or imitation, it is suggested that consumers buy Inuit Eskimo art and Native American art from only reputable galleries and dealers rather than from tourist souvenir shops. A piece of original, authentic Inuit Eskimo art or Native American art is one of a kind. There should be no other identical pieces on the shelves. In addition, original Inuit Eskimo art carvings should come with an Igloo tag (or sticker) which is a Canadian government registered trademark. Inuit Eskimo art carvings that are certified by the Canadian government to be handmade by Inuit artisans, come with Igloo tags.

Your Breckenridge Ski Vacation

Thursday, October 16th, 2008

You’ll be welcome with open arms in Breckenridge, Colorado. Breckenridge ski resort offer the world’s finest powder and terrain anyone can imagine. Half of the slopes at Breckenridge ski and snowboard resort are for beginners, while the other half are for moderate to extreme skiing. Breckenridge is the only ski area to offer this much skiing for all types of ability levels.

The town of Breckenridge is just like you would dream about on the way to your ski vacation. The town has a Main st. with stores, restaurants, and variety. You won’t be disappointed as you stroll down Breckenridge’s Main Street; the main area is about -mile long and makes for a lovely walk during the daytime or nighttime.

As far as resorts go, you can stay in a classy hotel and pay big bucks, or you can stay just outside of town nestled in the Rockies. Many condos are located a few miles down the road on RT. 9 otherwise known as Main Street.

If you decide to book a condo out of town, you’ll get a better sense of what a mountain vacation is all about. On top of this advantage, you can also expect to pay significantly less than if you stay in the busy town of Breckenridge . Be prepared to breathe the fresh Colorado mountain air. It’s truly invigorating!

As the seasons change in Breckenridge, Colorado your outdoor options expand and contract. Once Spring comes, the skiing gets better and the temperature goes up. Yes, it still snows hard in the Spring time.

The only difference is the quality of the snow. It tends to be wetter than the winter when it is dry-fluffy snow. Either way, it’s great and you’ll love the Spring time snow as much as the Winter snow. After all, the base of Breckenridge in April is about 60 inches deep.

Summer time in Breckenridge is truly a beautiful time! You can fish the streams for Rocky Mountain trout or you can mountain bike, raft, boat (Lake Dillon) or just relax in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. There will never be a boring day during your Breckenridge ski or summer vacation.

Fly fishing is a very enjoyable sport to engage in during the Summer time. It seems like every stream or lake in the Rockies, houses some of the largest trout in the world. Since fishing season is only 5-months out of the year, the trout seem to jump right on to the hook. Just kidding of course! It’s not that easy to catch Trout, but if you use the right flies, you just might find the statement above to be true.

Mountain bike trails are everywhere, but be careful!! Be sure to have a map and enough food & water in case you get lost. The smartest thing to do is mark your course with sticks in the ground if you have any doubts about not getting back home or to your vehicle.

As long as you are sure of this, you’re going to have a great time. Breckenridge offers mountain bike trails that go to the tops of mountains and down to the valleys. The scenery is breathtaking and without a doubt, you’re going to love mountain biking in Breckenridge, CO.

As far as rafting goes, there are many options within 20-miles of Breckenridge. The water flows highest around mid-July because of all the snow which has melted from the mountains. There are plenty of guided trips who will help you navigate through the rivers.

Once you experience all the Breckeridge has to offer, you’ll surely come back every year to enjoy yourself again and again. Also, did you know the state of Colorado has more blue sky days than any other state in the U.S.? It’s true!

Securities License

Wednesday, October 15th, 2008

If you are looking to break into the securities industry or work for a broker-dealer, there are certain securities licenses that you should keep in mind.

People who are currently outside the business or graduating from college are well served in this job market to get some license training and completion.

The NASD

The NASD is the National Association of Securities Dealers. Broker Dealers who are members of the NASD must have their employees licensed based on the job functions of those employees. The NASD is the regulatory authority of the broker dealer industry. There are several licenses that the NASD recognizes to work in the securities industry. Some can be obtained before you enter the business. Other licenses need to be “sponsored” by your employing firm. That means, while you can begin studying for sponsored exams, you can not sit for the actual exams until you are hired. All of the NASD exams (once you are registered)can be taken any day of the week (Mon-Fri) at hundreds of testing centers throughout the country.

Licenses to consider that do not require sponsorship

  • Series 65 – The Series 65 licenses you as a Registered Investment Advisor. This is an excellent designation to get before you enter the job market. The license itself is for financial advising. Giving investment advice on assets you are overseeing for a fee. It looks very strong on a resume and it is only a 130 question multiple choice exam. Even if you are unsure of the area of finance to work in, this license is a plus. Employers will consider any licensing a bonus over other candidates who have not obtained this certification. As I said, it does NOT require company sponsorship. Get this first.

  • Series 63 – The Series 63 covers the Uniform State Law content of the business. The exam is a short test of state laws, registration procedures and terminology. The license is for registered brokers and advisors. Most states require the 63, before representatives can call out of state investors. This license can be obtained on your own and does not require company sponsorship. Brokerage firms will look for this on your resume.

  • Series 3 – The Series 3 exam is specific to the futures and commodities market. It is administered through the NASD testing network, but it is a NFA (National Futures Association) license. Most firms that do not work in this market will not consider this license very important or needed, but if you ever land with a futures firm, you will need it. As with any license, it doesn’t hurt to get it at all.

There are a few other futures tests (Series 30 and 31), but neither needs to be taken unless you are looking to work specifically with futures – commodity related securities.

Securities license designations such as the Series 7 and Series 6 require company sponsorship before sitting for these exams. Get the licenses you can get on your own. Once you are hired, your company will sponsor you for other exams, if required by your company.

Get the edge in your finance career and begin some securities license training. Do what you can to get your resume placed on top of the pile!

Not yet save your dollars – Savings tips for every online entrepreneur should know when seeking prod

Tuesday, October 14th, 2008

The old saying to shoppers “if you want to save shop around”, this old fashion phrase is not limited to your traditional shopping but virtually anything you are willing to pay for. As fellow entrepreneurs in online business the same applies to you.

Buying a product to resell If you stumble on a product you have been seeking, don’t rush into buying the first time, chances are:

The product is dated In this situation it a total loss of income and who wouldn’t be furious? It is wise to enquire how old the product has been on the market and when was the last time the product was upgraded. It will also pay to read reviews on the product before purchasing, this will save you a lot of headaches

Offered free somewhere else Have you ever purchased a product only to find out that it is available free somewhere else. If you find yourself in this situation you are no different from above. It is definitely a loss of income as well. Check on the internet, do a search on the “Product+Free” and see the results.

Offered as bonus if you buy another product You should always be on the look out for what I termed a “double score” in this case search for a product to see if it is being offered as a bonus some where else with other products. Because of customer perceived value 99.9% internet software and information products offer additional bonuses and you are bound to find the product you are seeking is given away as bonus or bundled with other products, wow what a win.

What strategies are available? Bargain with the seller Send a mail or phone to the vendor directly informing that you are interested in purchasing the product and you are willing to pay only a stated amount or to the nearest offer you are willing to pay. 99 out of 100 will reply with an offer. I personally was looking for a product which was advertised on the internet for $4,000. I sent a personal email to the vendor stating I wanted to become a reseller but I was willing to pay only $500, I had a reply saying $500 was below suppliers cost however they are willing to take $800. I was able to shake of $3,200 off the regular price. I was more than a happy customer I knew the potential earnings of the product was huge.

Check your business opportunity magazines It is often perceived that people reading business opportunity magazines are more likely to buy and promote products. You often find that prices offered in these magazines are much lower than what is offered online. The prices on online are inflated to ward off curious people looking for freebies and be able to receive good leads from interested buyers.

Compare similar products Don’t forget there are competing products that will equally perform the same function. Look for the products compare features and how they will benefit your business.

Cookies: How to Improve Your Website and Learn From Your Visitors

Tuesday, October 14th, 2008

Question: How can you improve your visitor’s experience of your website AND at the same time learn how to improve your website (or learn how to increase sales)?

Answer: cookies

Cookies? Yes. Let me explain…

=> COOKIES EXPLAINED

A “cookie” is simply a small piece of text information which a web server stores temporarily with your web visitor’s browser. (Note: cookies are *not* programs.) This means your visitor’s browser remembers some specific information which the web server can later retrieve.

So cookies simply allow your site to store information on your visitor’s computer for later retrieval.

A basic example of a cookie in action can be found here – http://members.rediff.com/lc/cookies.htm

Another example is the “online shopping mall” that uses cookies to add items to a user’s “shopping cart” as they browse. And I use cookies on my own website to make sure a pop-up window loads ONCE ONLY ( http://www.shoptour.co.uk/webmaster.shtml ).

=> WHY YOUR WEBSITE SHOULD USE COOKIES

Basically, cookies allow you to improve a site visitor’s experience of your website. I’ve listed a few examples to show how this can be achieved: * Cookies can store visitor preferences. This means you can present customised information to your visitor, as per their own requirements. (This is how portal sites like MSN work.)

* Cookies can pre-fill form fields for your visitor.

* Cookies can automatically login visitors to your site

* Cookies can provide visitor statistics and therefore help you understand your visitor’s needs. Cookies can provide site metrics like unique visitors, average number of page-views, percentage of repeat visitors et cetera. And cookie-generated statistics are much more accurate than using log files.

(Do remember though, that people sometimes share computers; some browsers are set to reject cookies; and cookies can be erased.)

So not only are cookies an efficient way of keeping track of information, they also help personalise your site visitor’s experience of your site.

And that’s the point with cookies – how can *you* help your site visitor? (No, it doesn’t mean how can you invade your visitor’s privacy! The use of cookies can be abused by site owners, but this ultimately leads to cookie-blocking software being installed and used; so set your cookies cautiously!)

=> USE THIS COOKIE RESOURCE

CookieCentral is an excellent resource dedicated to all things Cookie. The site’s described as providing “information of persistent cookies, HTTP cookies, cookies with JavaScript, magic cookies, [and] maintaining state with cookies and more.”

But don’t worry if that sounds too technical for you, CookieCentral really is a great place to learn about the pros and cons of using cookies. From the concept of cookies through concerns about privacy to JavaScript and CGI demo code – you’ll find it all at CookieCentral.

=> OR JUST DO IT YOURSELF!

As ever, the web is filled with free programs and scripts that allow you to use cookies. Whether you want to use JavaScript, CGI/Perl, PHP or ASP – there are free resources that help you implement cookies on your site.

JavaScript cookies – http://webdeveloper.earthweb.com/pagedev/webjs/cookies

CGI/Perl cookies – http://cgi.resourceindex.com/Programs_and_Scripts/Perl/Cookies/

You can find out a great deal more about using cookies on your site from the following excellent resources. Just do a search for “cookies” and off you go!

http://www.workz.com http://www.iboost.com http://www.sitepoint.com

Cookies can improve your visitor’s experience of your web site, through personalisation. Using cookies, your site may well run more efficiently too, and could provide you with accurate site statistics helping you deliver just what your visitors are looking for. Just use cookies carefully, so your visitors benefit!

Who’s REALLY Linking To Me?

Saturday, October 11th, 2008

It’s common knowledge in the webmaster world that Google is not (and has not for quite some time) accurately reporting how many “backlinks” or how many sites are linking back to your site. There are probably many reasons for that, but that rant can be saved for another article.

So how can a website owner effectively find out who is linking back to them if Google is being “tight lipped”?

Use Yahoo.

Yahoo has been proven to show a more reliable report on who is linking to your site.

Here is what you need to do on your next visit to Yahoo:

Type this into the search box: link:http://www.mysite.com (make sure you replace “mysite” with your actual domain name)

This search command will show you ALL the pages that are linking to your site, including your own pages. If you do not want your own links being reported in your search, then type this instead: link:http://www.mysite.com -site:www.mysite.com

This will tell Yahoo to search for ALL links pointing back to your website MINUS your own links.

If you are curious to see how many links are pointing to a specific page, then type in this: link:http://www.mysite.com/pagename.html (make sure you replace “pagename” with your actual page name).

Just like in the previous example, you can filter out or omit your own links from the search by add the -site:www.mysite.com command to the end of your search string.

Another search you can do is a search for all links pointing to each and every page on your entire domain by typing this: linkdomain:www.mysite.com This is a quick way to get a broad overview of your backlink structure.

Not too difficult, eh? Hope that helps. Good Luck!

What Is Dedicated Web Hosting

Saturday, October 11th, 2008

For people, companies or organizations who are looking for the most dependable web hosting solution for their mission critical operations, dedicated hosting will give them what they need. Dedicated hosting isn’t the right solution for everyone, and does have some drawbacks, but it has many more advantages than shared web hosting.

When a customer purchases shared web hosting they are on the same web server as hundreds and sometimes thousands of other websites. This can have a negative affect on performance and uptime. When you start using dedicated web hosting your website will be the only website on that server. Dependability is the number one reason people choose to go with a dedicated web hosting solution. Most dedicated hosting packages allow you to have multiple websites on one server, so if you have sister companies, separate divisions, other companies you have relationships with you can share server resources with them, usually with out making major performance sacrifices.

However all of this extra dependability and hardware does come at a higher price. Shared hosting packages run from $2 a month through about $50 a month, with most being less than $20 a month. The most bare bones dedicated hosting packages will start at $80 a month and range as high as several thousand a month. Most people find they fall in the $200 to $500 month range for dedicated hosting solutions. When looking at hosting packages there are two major areas you should be concerned with managed or unmanaged servers and hardware configurations. With an unmanaged server the customer is responsible for software, security and other maintenance that the server needs. Selecting an unmanaged server can often save you quite a bit of money over the year. However unless you or someone on your staff is experienced with maintaining a server this is usually not a good idea, and will cost you and money down the line. The next thing you have to consider is hardware for the machine, what size disks will you need, how fast does your processor have to be, how much bandwidth do you need and so on. When making these decisions plan for where you are today and where you plan to be in 18 to 24 months from now. You want to make sure you allow for future growth, but you don’t want to overpay for resources you are never going to use.
