St. Thomas
With several wrecks like Cartanza Sr,.,Miss Opportunity, Navy Barges and Wit Shoals and tunnels along Thatch Cay and underwater swim-throughs, St. Thomas is a haven for scuba diving enthusiasts. Reef sites like Easter Reef and Andreas Reef and the reefs of Coki Beach give divers a peep into the rich marine life that makes their home in one of the healthiest reefs in the Caribbean.
St. John
Carval Rock and Eagle Shoals are the most well-know scuba diving sites on St John Sponges and corals on the walls of the “cathedral”, a cave in Eagle Shoals make for excellent photographs.
St. Croix
Seahorses, eagle rays and pelagic sharks along the underwater wall on the northern shore of St, Croix make scuba diving a preferred activity for visitors to the island. The pier at Frederiksted and the wrecks of Butler Bay like The Suffolk Maid and the North Wind are encrusted with colorful sponges and are home to a variety of marine life. The East and West walls of the underwater ravine called Salt River Canyon are the place to go for a number of soft and hard corals, sponges and gorgonians. Turtles and eels can be spotted here.
