Regained Hair & My Confidence!

Thursday, August 6th, 2009

My hair loss treatment journey begun the day I started to find myself balding. The most apparent thing to do was to find ways to style my hair to cover my bald spot. I began to wear more and more hats on the weekends as I went out with my wife, acquaintances or family. Walking in to work every morning was an embarrassing experience without my hat on. Your thoughts changes when you are suffering from hair loss. It is so true that you never know what you have until you lose it. That can be accurate about your hair loss.

Having suffered from balding, I started to appreciate every strand of hair that I had left. It was as if with each individual hair I lost, so was a small percentage of my confidence gone as well. A acquaintance of mine had the same problem as me. I noticed recently that he seemed so much more relaxed and it looks as though his hair was growing back. I didn’t wanted to bring it up but after a while I decided to ask. That is when he told me about Advanced Hair Studios. With just a few treatments my friend Josh had not only regained his hair, but his confidence as well. I decided to give Advanced Hair a try as after all I had a lot to lose, meaning my hair and self-assurance.

I have to admit that I was a little sceptical at first. Outcomes were evident within a few weeks. Not only on my scalp, but in my attitude. I started feeling better about myself and started to lose the hats on the weekends. My wife who has been complaining about my lack of interest in our relationship began to notice the change in that department as well. It is amazing how just a few visits to the Advanced Hair Studio had begun to change my life as a whole. I always felt as if the first thing people observed about me was my bald spot. Now, I am not afraid to look people in the eyes again as I have my full set of hair back.

Advance Hair Studio has not only given me back my hair little by little, but a big part of my confidence as well. If you are experiencing hair loss I highly recommend them as it has done so much for me in just a few months of treatments. Don’t let your self-assurance continue to be lost with your hair.

Wagyu Beef Japanese Style

Wednesday, August 5th, 2009

If you are in the mood for a culinary chef-d’oeuvre, then you should pay a visit to Takumi. This Melbourne Japanese restaurant is the best of its kind. Not only is the food top notch, but the design of the restaurant produces a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.

Takumi is the only Japanese restaurant in Melbourne that serves Wagyu beef. Wagyu is a top grade cut of beef that is second to none. It is tender and juicy it melts in your mouth. You can get this beef cooked in many ways. The Wagyu beef burger, grilled and marinated with Sukiyaki sauce is a favorite selection among lunchtime customers. I highly recommend the Wagyu Yakiniku lunch set. The beef is served raw and is cooked on a smokeless grill. It is also served with vegetables and a complimentary glass of beer or wine. Not only does this taste flavorful, but being able cook it yourself is an excellent experience.

This Japanese restaurant may specialize in Wagyu beef, but that is not the only Japanese delicacy it has to offer. A bento box is also a fun way to enjoy your lunch. Takumi offers several options on the main entree for the bento box. A favorite Japanese restaurant menu item is Gyoza. These pan fried dumplings are exceedingly good and addictive. You cannot stop at one. If you are in an adventurous mood, order yourself the Unagi Bento Box. Unagi is smoked grilled eel and is a very popular and delicious Japanese restaurant dish.

The interior decoration of the restaurant offers a very zen-like feeling. It is relaxing and tantalising which makes you feel like you are right at home. The sleek tan chairs and subtle decorations have a tranquilizing affect and allows you to feel like you are having a quiet meal at home, even though you are in the presence with other people.

Overall, Takumi is a tremendous Japanese restaurant. From their delicious menu offerings, to the many different Sake choices, this Melbourne Japanese restaurant is number one on my book.

Ladies Wristwatches

Wednesday, August 5th, 2009

What was at one time, in the earliest years of portable wirstwatches, seen to be unsuitable for gentlemen and only for women, has grown nowadays into a fashion utensil that everybody has. Meantime, the wrist watch is more than a tool to tell the time.

The turn of the 20th century on the wrist

With the turn of the 20th century, a different level of technical advancement was given, which made it possible to put the mechanisms in an even smaller space. It was now possible to condense the clockworks in such a way that people could fasten them to a wristband without a any trouble. The practical application of this new discovery let the pocket watch to be quickly substituted by the wrist watch. It rapidly became the fashion to wear a wristwatch. It appeared like the models sprouted from the ground and the diversity developed with immense speed. In the early years, however, wrist watches were used only by ladies. Men did not wear timepieces on their wrists. It just didn’t seem right. The war brought a change of mind concerning this. The soldiers quickly realized the advantage of a watch on the wrist, which didn’t have to be pulled out of the bag first. And in this way, the wristwatch prevailed with the male sex.

Away from the mechanical – on to electronics

While the first wrist watches were still being wound, several inventions developed in relation to the mechanics. The automatic wrist watch came out, which no longer had to be wound manually, but was wound automatically through the movement of the clock. Later, at the end of the 20’s, the quartz wristwatch was invented. Time was indicated here by the so-called electronic oscillating circuit. Ladies’s watches
