Half of the New Floor of Avanta’s Liverpool Street Complex Already Taken up

Recent reports suggested that the demand for office space has gone really high in London. In fact the city centre in the capital saw the increase in London rent a desk enquiries by around 30%. This has encouraged many developers to build and open up new office spaces.

One of them is Avanta. The serviced office provider has added another floor to its business centre near the Liverpool Street Station. The business centre was originally opened up in January, 2009 and within three months 80% of the space was taken up by different tenants as avid Alberto, the MD of Avanta, recently said.

The complex consisted of various spice warehouses which Avanta converted into brilliant office complex situated in the heart of London. At the same time, it is a bit roofed and situated in a calm corner and therefore offers peace and tranquillity.

The new floor opened for business in April, 2010 after proper interior and exterior redecoration by when half of the floor had already been taken on lease by six different companies. According to Mr. Alberto, this is a very encouraging sign as usually it takes around one to two years to get any place fully occupied. Since the new floor has started getting filled up really fast, it will not take that long.

The company’s optimism is also a product of the fact that they have received at least 700 enquiries for quality office space in London in the year 2010. All this combined makes the future look great.
